Dr. Hertzmann treated a varicose vein in my left leg years ago at his office in Los Alamos. It was supposed to make the vein less visible but it never did and it is now more prominent and causing health issues. I called him recently to see if it could be reversed, and he was very evasive and said he had little information on my procedure. He was unwilling to even see me to discuss his own work! Taught me to never trust him or his work again.
Dr Hertzman identified a problem with my veins the 3 other doctors knew nothing about and helped me get relief that has lasted for years.
Dr. Hertzman has been my GP for 39 years, and I'm sticking with him as long as he'll stick with me. He is scientific, thorough, and detailed, and I am always confident that he won't let things fall through the cracks. He runs an old-fashioned practice in the sense that he will take the time that you need to explore issues and ensure that you understand his medical advice.

Dr Hertzman has always been concerned with how I feel after a treatment and has given me his personal number in case of complications. Excellent physician.
