I'm midway through the Invisalign process right now. I've had two instances where the trays haven't been fitting. First re-scan, I lost a whole month of progress, and now again, losing another month of progress. I get this happens and can sometimes be part of the process, but the issue is they are completely booked up with patients, that they can't get you in to re-scan or make appointments very quickly if there are issues, so you're left losing weeks in-between. Great place to be treated - this is the only place I saw good treatments and professional care -trust worthiness. if you are a foreigner do not fear to visit them- mostly they just do their job professionally- I recommend them - the DRs do uphold integrity and kindness that is what I saw - especially with my Dr. even their customer service - front desk is so professional- I just say thank you for humanity . My tooth was straighten within few months!
