This dr. was "ok". It's the PA, Jabez Barajas that upsets me. This person had trouble pronouncing most of the medical terms that were in the MRI report. Twice, when asked a question, he looked up from his laptop and said, "What?" Not even listening to the question. He gave a smaller medication dose that Dr. Naveed had to correct later. He is rude and unprofessional. I would rather see a PA at a circus than have to endure this person. Absolutely disgusting that he still has a job!!! I have to start by saying that before my appointment, I was questioning changing my referral due to the reviews on here. But I went through it and I have to say I'm glad I didn't change it. The ladies at the front were friendly. The MA was super nice. He had great bedside maner. Then Dr. Naveed put me at ease, he listened to me, asked me about all my concerns and we came up with a plan. I went to this doctor due to issues with memory and a family history of dementia. I explained the memory issues I have been experiencing and immediately tells me I have a mood disorder. NEVER ONCE did he ask or did I say that my mood fluctuates, he didn’t ask. His go to was you have a mood disorder. No testing, no actually listening to me wanting to know about my symptoms. I am a woman so it must be a mood disorder. Make that make sense.
I was just looking up to call and was amazed at the low star rating. With all the health problems I have had and moving I've done I have seen a minimum of 50 doctors over years. At my last appointment I told Dr Neveed that he was probably the most caring doctor I've ever been to. I don't think he saw but I teared up a little when I said it.
