The updates and delivery were on point.
This is the only company I have ever dealt with that is not allowed to deliver to an Amazon Hub provided by an apartment complex as a secure package delivery location. My packages have been stolen twice now because they are unable to deliver to secure locations. Unless you are home to receive that package, I would not use this service. Edit: Overall, Veho had about an 80% failure rate before I canceled Factor. Since then, I have had a few packages that got send via Veho, and they have failed to deliver every single one.
