I have taken my car for oil changes and tire rotation since 2012. When they were in Willoughby and now are in Mentor. Tony is such a sweet man who goes that extra step to provide A-1 service. Keep up the good work. Be blessed all of you at Vehicles Unlimited.
I have used VU for many yrs now!! Have always had a good fair experience!! With oil changes I call in the morning- Tony tells me a good time to bring it in and when I get there my car goes right in and I’m out in 30 min!! Love it!! THANKS Tony an Joe!!!
Great service, great price. They don't try to sell me service I don't need.
I was Having trouble with my car. I was driving home from Toledo when the car would lose power . I stopped at a repair shop and they told me I needed a new Trany. To make a long story short brought it to Joe and I said I probably need a new transmission. I always bring my cars to Vehicles Unlimited because I trust Joe and Tony. They checked out the car and it needed minor repairs that were under warranty. So I did not need a new transmission. I want to thank these guys they are GREAT. Thanks again!
