We bought the car and they were terrific!
They did respond and I went and test drive the vehicle. It had a dead battery and it reset some alarms in the hatch. They said they would return a call to me once they got it reset on Monday but…. I havnt heard back from them yet
I called, spoke with someone, identified a vehicle I was interested in, sent pictures of my car for trade. Never heard one word back. Called and left message - no reply. Absolutely unresponsive.
Responded fast, courteous and professional. Went with another car instead, and they stayed professional all the way.
Excellent communication and helpful staff.
They provided all the information I needed, sadly vehicle was sold before starting negotiations
