Im headed in to this store this morning. I have not even been bit I have to give 5 stars on a mere conversation with this store front. I am not familiar with towing a trailer. I truly dont know who is when its your first time towing one. When I called in the gentleman that answered was awesome. Within a 5 minute conversation he bestowed (no pun intended) a ton of info on towing trailers and all the jazz I needed to know. I dealt with Mike regarding a dump trailer. Vehicle Venture was the most responsive and best priced out of numerous places I contacted in the surrounding area, including the GTA. He was even willing to meet me on a weekend where other places told me to come back Monday. Recommend
I recently visited Vehicle Venture to purchase a replacement head for my Weedwhacker. I brought in the broken part along with a photo showing the make and model number, expecting the process to be straightforward. Unfortunately, it was anything but.
