After finding the Toyota Rav 4 on CarGurus I e-mailed the dealer letting them know I was interested. It was after hrs. so I didn't expect to hear from them until the next day, which I did. Bought and paid $6k 2007 Subaru in late April 2019 with 120k on it... Had 2 open recalls on it (seller dealer advised in person of recalls from HIS Car Fax report... stated he did not know of them (the recalls) After purchase this car HAS BEEN PROBLEMATIC ever since, brake light on and off since day 1... called dealer, spoke to sales rep, stated car was safety inspected and it's nothing. 3 weeks later, put a $800 radiator and hoses in car, had replaced by another (legit shop).
