Contractor for CITIPOWER. Advised minimal maintenance on a tree on our property, came home to 30% hacked away, claims to be doing what they legal have to. Lazy. Mess left across both mine and my neighbours properties. Put in a complaint, claims to have called and visited our property but no log of any calls and my wife works from home and never had anyone visit. Took 8 weeks to finally speak to someone. Poor customer service and left to us to clean up the mess and tree.
Dreadful service. Tree cutter contracted to Power Company cut trees on public road and on my property 4 weeks ago. Very efficient and professional bloke . He told me this Company (VGA GROUP )would follow up to clear up the mess within a week .4 weeks & as many phone calls later , I still have about 5 truckloads of branches. A bonfire just waiting for an Arsonist ! Empty promises from the ( very nice) girl on the phone when I call them .
