Regina and her team were absolutely stellar! We had a Great Gatsby themed wedding about two weeks ago, and I'm pretty sure it was the best wedding most of our guests have ever attended! We're from Seattle, but originally from Chicago and Florida with friends and family scattered all over so Vegas was the perfect hub to get everyone together. We attended my brother in law wedding planned by Regina and her coordinator Hayden! The wedding was wonderfully planned. Can’t say enough about the attention of details to making sure the guests are enjoying their night yet staying on the timeline. Hayden especially was amazing!! She interacted with the wedding guests and kids. As the party was wrapping up they offered instant noodles and we happened to missed it. Ashley and Regina were such life-savers! We truly do not know what we would have done if we had not found their services for our wedding day. We threw so many curve balls at Ashley on the day of the wedding from music coordination, to decorations, to ceremony timing changes, and it was all handled with such grace and ease, and we never had to worry. We cannot recommend them enough if you need help with wedding planning or coordination on the day of! Zero regrets!
My wedding venue recommended Regina to us, insisting “she is the BEST!” Without a doubt, I 100% agree. I cannot say enough amazing things about Regina and the Vegas Weddings Planner team. Regina, the owner of the company, clearly is competent and knows what she is doing. If you hire her specifically, you’re in good hands. However, if you end up with one of her employees, you might be screwed. I’ll always remember the stress I felt on that day because of her. I was told over and over how prepared I was as a bride and how smooth everything should be, but the coordinator’s lack of experience and competence literally ruined the wedding ceremony.
