I use to go to a different veterinarian office for years before I found Vegas Valley. I had the most excellent doctor for my dogs when I was going to 'that other' place. The doctor's name was Dr. Adam Borsheim. He was absolutely superb! Then I left 'that other' place for a brighter atmosphere. The veterinarians at 'that other' place were great. Love this beautiful office! Brand new and state of the art! Dr. Espinosa is awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable…we followed him from his other practice (office). I highly suggest visiting this amazing office and amazing staff( including the front desk ladies)
With the lies about Dr. Rokos and the awful service or lack of from the girls up front, unfortunately this place has gone from 5+ stars to way less than 1 star. Dr. Espinoza had previously seen our dog who had orthopedic surgery there. The lies told by the staff about Dr. Rokos have gone too far. Amanda is extremely rude and unprofessional including hanging up on us. Sadly Dr. Espinoza has yet to return our texts and calls. Apparently like the other patients there, I shall look elsewhere.
Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff very kind and knowledgable. Dr. Gamble took the time to answer all my questions. He was thorough and knowledgable on how to treat my cats.
Absolutely horrible establishment. The doctor that opened the clinic is no longer there yet they still use his name and image for promotional purposes to get people in the door. They do not tell people he is no longer there until after arrival to the clinic then place you with a less qualified doctor.
