This visit was for a 3 week influenza booster. The doctor administered the booster most efficiently and painlessly, I was very satisfied with that. However, I was extremely disappointed with our over all experience. The appt was originally scheduled for 9:30 AM. The office texted me a few days in advanced and asked to reschedule to 8:30 AM. Not the most convenient, however, I re-arranged my morning schedule and showed up early. One of the most amazing animals hospitals I’ve ever been to!! The staff is so kind and genuine, Dr. Espinosa truly cares about animals as well as Nathalie, and the receptionist Karen was the sweetest! Was seen immediately, & can’t beat the pricing here! They truly care about your pets & provide the most comfort, can’t thank you guys enough again!

Have been very happy here. They are attentive, caring and definitely feel like my pet's health matters. Unfortunately my pup needed surgery recently - but feel like she has been well taken care of and will continue to bring her back here for check ups.
I have never in my life been spoken to so gently and thoroughly by a veterinarian. Dr. Espinosa at Vegas Valley Pet Hospital didn’t just talk about my dog, he spoke as if it was his dog we were discussing. That level of care is rare, and it meant everything in one of the hardest conversations of my life.
