Vegas Valley Fire has been a fantastic company to work with. They are very responsive when I have questions and/or issues. My fire pump technician Misha, is the best. He goes above and beyond and is a true partner on my building.

The "scheduler" is INCREDIBLY RUDE. I would call any other fire inspection service for any accounts needed. She was rude and unwilling to help in ANY capacity.
We had an active sprinkler leak on our property that was an emergency. They were quick to send out Misha to help. He went above and beyond to help me rectify the situation, even walked through the water so I didn't have to get my shoes wet! He is always so happy and a joy to work with!
