OLD FAITHFUL; GREAT COMPANY I have been using this company since I moved to Las Vegas 20 years ago. They never disappoint I know most of the technicians from doing business throughout the years they are all great people and professional. They were a great find then and I'm still happy using them today, check them out I am still charged the same price from 20 years ago I don't think they ever raised there prices. Beware!! Deceptive business practices! I was quoted $150 over the phone for a basic duct cleaning on a 2 year old single story 2,000sf home. I admit this is lower than the competition which should have made me suspicious that the quote was legit but the low price is the reason I decided to used them. I was offered extra services but I stated I just wanted the basic $150 cleaning. 1 minute after the tech left the house I got a call from the company asking for payment over the phone for $325 claiming that's what we agreed to. ... read more

i.e., A lGreat Experience, easy as making a phone call, no bull on phone, they say how its done and then give you a price, you set up an appointment. They were on time, clean & done as the job was explained on the phone with no other Bull. It was a great experience from a service company, getting what you expect for what you expect to pay, and they show up at the time that was agreed on, so it doesn't screw up the rest of your day.
