Beware!! Deceptive business practices! I was quoted $150 over the phone for a basic duct cleaning on a 2 year old single story 2,000sf home. I admit this is lower than the competition which should have made me suspicious that the quote was legit but the low price is the reason I decided to used them. I was offered extra services but I stated I just wanted the basic $150 cleaning. 1 minute after the tech left the house I got a call from the company asking for payment over the phone for $325 claiming that's what we agreed to. ... read more
