I had a bilateral ear infection that was out of control. I went to the ER twice in a 4 day span (given a Z pack which does not help with a severe dual ear infection) and could not find a single ENT that could see me within 2 weeks. Dr. John Scully was empathetic and able to see me the next day in the AM. He listened to my concerns, provided meaningful insight, and seemed genuinely concerned about my care.
