Desert Water Heaters provided outstanding same-day service! When our water heater stopped working, their technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and explained the solution clearly with no hidden fees. The repair was clean, fast, and done right the first time. Easily the best water heater specialists serving Henderson!
Matt was the consummate professional. Arrived on time, reviewed issues, identified solutions and proceeded with approved work. Highly recommend Matt and Desert Water Heaters.
Matt shoemaker, just came out and fixed my faulty waterline from a water softening company which I just had installed. It was spraying water into the water heater, which seemed like the water heater was leaking. He diagnosed it very quickly and was able to fix faulty waterline and cleaned out the water heater. He made sure everything was perfect. Did a really awesome job..his work is top-notch.
