This company has excellent service, especially from David Shumaker. He was excellent communicator in discussing the problem with my celling leak . Quickly repaired it, for a late evening repair work.
First of all, thank you to the company for including your sticker with your phone number on our old water heater. This is so helpful when it comes time for repairs or in our case a new one! Next, upon calling the company, I must say the administrator / scheduler was so nice and very helpful. She was able to give us a same day appointment (on a Friday no less!). Scam alert! Good communication when looking for quote. Needed same day service. They were way way over priced, to replace censor on water heater. Should have rejected service. I guess they don't like repeat business, $300.00 after trying to get $375.00 - can not recommend this company. They are not listed with BBB.
