Beautiful Flawless work and always very quick
I visit once a month. They're always so nice!
The worst experience of my life how do you not file my toes nails down before polish. And tell me there is no need (woman) then said he son should have did it seriously.... And y'all do this for a living. I paid 25$ for the service of what she did ... a pedicure is 50$ I paid half....pop off the fake nails and gave them to her.....and walk out the store very Horrible. And I have the other nails shop to prove She didn't do her job......... Please lady dont lie you....
I went to castle nails originally and none of them up there that day spoke English and couldn't understand me . Horrible. I came here and the awesome man nail tech spoke really good English and did my nails good . Worth the money . Thank you sir. Why do these nail places not learn English like yall? lol . Thank yall! will come back .
Very disappointing experience today. After my 3rd visit here, I expressed that I was not happy with my service. I was told by the woman "your nails are fine" totally disregarding my concern and rude. Where is the customer service here? She even called her husband over saying "tell her nails are fine". Will not be back. Now have to go elsewhere to have them re-done.
