I'm so disappointed . I haven't gotten a Mani/Pedi in forever because mom life...so I went to treat myself to a classic Mani/Pedi. First, I picked this place because of the good reviews and because I liked the idea of using nail policy that was not toxic and won't turn my nails yellow. They helped me pick a nice pink color. Always have a great experience here! The staff are friendly, highly skilled, and very detail-oriented, and the setting is peaceful.
I would not recommend this nail salon. On the positive side, the staff was very nice. However, being nice does not replace skill. I requested a simple SNS dip design, but the technician struggled to get it right. My final nail finish wasn’t smooth—you could see the lines, and the texture was rough rather than sleek. I arrived shortly after 5 PM and didn’t leave until nearly 8 PM. Spending three hours at a nail salon is ridiculous, especially when the same person does both my hands and feet.
