Loan is a fantastic person who really knows how to incorporate massage into her deluxe pedicures!
Treated unprofessionally. Do you agree? I was on time for my appt, if not early. The owner/my tech started my nails. Nearly finished, he oddly started getting up frantically walking to the front door, then opening the back door looking for his next client back and forth. Chanting " Where is Patty?" repeatedly. Rather than settle back down, he told me to "go over there (gesticulating his hands) she polish you" (Basically, get out of my seat) Her polish only fair. My appt was with him not another person.
