I rarely write reviews, but Veg on the Edge deserves one. I visited my brother in Santa Cruz for two weeks and he introduced me to this spot — I ended up going back six times before my trip was over, which tells you everything. I’m from Florida and had never really tried vegan food before this trip. Honestly, I’m glad I hadn’t, because trying it here first set the bar impossibly high.
