Vee is an absolute God send. I have been struggling with understanding what documentation I need to complete for my Australian citizenship application. Vee is professional, friendly, and meticulous in her work. My fingerprints weren’t easy to get (very dry and eroded fingertips from years of hand washing), but Vee was patient, explained the process, and took the time to help me get the prints done correctly. And during it all, she answered all my questions and was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. She also assured me that if my prints weren’t accepted for any reason, she would do them again at no cost. 100% recommend!
