Her skills are A1, punctuality….not so much. Will have you waiting for a hour AND THEN have the audacity to catch an attitude when you ask what the eta is. Even after multiple attempts to try and clarify there was no ill will she continued to be rude and snappy via text. Not sure what her deal was today but hopefully she will learn to treat customers better, and not take out whatever frustrations she has on them like she did me today.
