Veer sells used gear as new. Bought 2 New beach chairs for $400 and got 2 Used beach chairs. Order #: 4124105
Customer service is absolute trash. Looked great, they shipped a week later than their anticipated date and yanked our shipping date around several times. We returned it because we no longer needed it, completely unopened, and were told that it would be processed within a couple days. Almost a month later, I’m still waiting for them to process the refund. Ordered an item from Veer on sale for $257.57. Veer cancelled the order and immediately removed the sale price. Now selling for $700. They cancelled the order because they were unwilling to continue with the discounted price.
