I have no problem with Dr Vat. My review is about her staff snd PA. After extrensive procedures and diagnosis of a staph infection, I could not get a call back after 2 weeks of calling with just a question. I cannot continue care with this office as i have many underlying serious medical issues and am my own advocate.
I have seen Dr. Vats for a year now. If there were 10 stars.. that wouldn't be enough to describe who this doctor is. Knowledgeable, great bedside manner but most of all kind and caring. Every time I come here I dread leaving. Always gives great advice, asks lots of questions so that she will understand the problem fully, and I can't say it differently other than she is just plain " nice".
