I have been a patient of Dr. Kumaravel for several years. She is a compassionate and highly knowledgeable physician who consistently seeks answers. My medical condition is quite complex, and she has dedicated significant time to exploring solutions for me. Although the process has been challenging, she has made every effort to assist me and continues to do so. I have only positive remarks about her and will remain her patient. I am truly grateful for all her support.

Great doctor. Takes time to talk to me and lets me ask questions. Has a transcriber to take notes so she can focus on the patient. Always go into my appointment on time.

If you want and have time to keep calling this office several times a wk,stay on hold+45 minutes each time.get mediocre answers /response from the doctor,wait for wk to get your results then go for it. The doctor wanted me to schedule an EGD to " confirm" my diagnosis when she knows that the treatment for what I have is the same with our without the EGD results which is just diet changes. She can't do anything for me anyway just wants to do a procedure to get more money. Thankfully I cancelled it. Going somewhere else.
Says am the first caller on the line, a lady briefly answered after 33 mts and asked me to wait for a few seconds. Its been over 10 mts now.
REFERRED BY MY MD TO GET A SCREENING FOR A COLONSCOPY AND TO DEAL WITH MY HERNIA'S. THE PA DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU ARE IN PAIN. THE SCREENING WAS BILLED AS DIAGNOSITIC SO I HAD TO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THAT I DO NOT HAVE. BEEN CALLING FOR 2 DAYS FOR HELP THE MEDICINE I HAVE IS NOT HELPING WITH THE PAIN FROM THE HERNIA. AND I CAN NOT WORK.NO ONE AT THIS OFFICE WILL CALL ME BACK. IT APPEARS THEY DO NOT CARE. ALL THEY WANT IS YOU TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR NO HELP !!
I had a colonoscopy done and it went so smoothly. She is excellent. I had moved from Austin over 1 1/2 years ago and I had a good doctor there. Then I found Dr Veena here in our area. She is just as good as my Doctor from Austin, or better. Thanks to all her staff. Excellent staff.
