This woman also treated me like garbage during my time with her 9 years. She was insensitive to my financial situation and incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her behavior haunts me to this day.

This is a horrible doctor who treated my elderly mother like garbage once she developed serious eye problems and had trouble walking and hearing. This doctor was sloppy, failed to help my mother plan for a future without eyesight and referred my mother to third rate specialists who were a long distance from Hyde Park. This doctor's staff was equally nasty and unhelpful. My mother once revered this doctor, was incredibly nice and respectful to her. Dr. Arun is very poised and confident and I immediately felt calm. She is soft-spoken and articulate and thorough in explaining your condition and options you may have. I would eventually need cataract surgery she explained and told me each visit that "it wasn't time yet" and then finally it is time now and if you wait, there may be complications. She said she "liked doing cataract surgery and was good at it" and it gave me even more confidence with her skills. I had the first eye done, then six weeks later the second eye. I... read more
