I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I came in wanting pink hair, but my appointment turned into an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience. During the bleaching process, my hair was bleached three separate times. The burning started during the second round of bleach, but during the third round it became intensely painful.
