Found the problem asap and fixed it. Very professional!!!! Great relief. Cody was very professional! Highly recommend them
Our 17 year old water heater decided it was time to give up and quit. I called Vectra, they had someone out to take a look the same day and had someone scheduled to replace her the next day. Jake and his teammate were very friendly, communicative and did a great job. All while being reasonably priced. This isn't my first great experience with Vectra Mechanical nor will it be my last!
Service visit was very thorough and professional. Chris did a great job, answered all of my questions, and was extremely helpful.
It's tough to find someone who knows how to handle my old steam boiler - Vectra's crew gets it, keeps it running and keeps us warm.
