Scheduled work with them about a week out. They made me agree to fees if I canceled, I agreed. Then same day they cancelled on me... only explanation is that they didnt have techs available... after we waited for a week and they called me to confirm the evening before and reiterate that I will owe them money if I cancelled. Pretty crazy.
Justin was awesome! Highly recommend him for any HVAC work.
Good tech honest
I have searched for quality cost effective support for my large swamp cooler since it was installed in the attic of the home we built in 1993. About 10 days ago, Justin from Vectra Mechanical came out and serviced the unit. It is performing like it was new. I think my search is finally over!
