My A/C was not turning on with the weather starting to warm up. I called Vectra for a second opinion and quote as I was told the whole unit would either need to be replaced or a new compressor by another HVAC company. Cody and Elliott came out to diagnose the issue which turned out to be a burned out capacitor. They were very professional and were able to fix the issue the same day with parts in the truck. Sam came to fix a sink that was not draining. He did a very thorough job diagnosing the problem and answered my questions in a straightforward, friendly manner. We discussed several options. Because he did such a good job narrowing down the potential problem, we were able to fix it with the least expensive option. This company responds in a timely and responsible manner, is experienced and works in the client's best interest.
Elliot receives 5 stars from me. He took his time to thoroughly evaluate our heating unit issue, and gave good recommendations for the most cost-effective outcome. He was friendly, communicative, and very supportive! Thanks Elliot!
