Great experience
This review only covers the sales process. Initially I was very impressed by the company and their offer. The sales consultant I met with was pleasant and seemed very straightforward. We discussed my needs and how vector could assist. At first the offer on the table was good but not really worth switching providers. Then I asked about the Contributionship discount. Out experience with Vector Security has been fantastic. Bruce Woltanski is very professional, responsive when we had questions, and very flexible with appointments to accommodate our schedules. Our installation tech, Phil Klinger, was excellent. Arrived as scheduled, worked around our work-from-home needs, and when we had to leave, he was so thoughtful to call us and ask if it was okay to move our dog to the outside deck when testing the alarm system. Overall outstanding service!
Great customer service. Took care of the installation and answered scores of my other questions.
The Service was excellent. Steve Wampler arrived on time as scheduled. He worked efficiently and explained everything about our new system. Steve was friendly and was a great help setting up not only the system in our house but the vector app and all its features. He showed us everything on the app and on the panel and explained very simply so we really understood how to use it Steve had us practice with the security panel, our phones and the camera.
