Don’t use them for Home Theater install. I’ve been dealing with intermittent operational Issues since install. Green screen, snow screen, no audio. Their “attempt” to fix (changing HDMI) cable was a joke. Since it was intermittent, when I called back they were going to charge me (said out of warranty now - even though problem was never resolved.
For all customers as well as northbank people. Beware of these guys. We had setup an alarm system with them - they have you sign a contract for 5 years - something we weren't aware of and it costs to cancel with them. Priced higher than ADT and other competitors and the alarm system doesn't even work. And when we've called to have someone come fix it - they charge for that visit. I'd recommend ADT which quoted us $45/month or installing your own system to save money.
Great company, they were very responsive. I called in for service and their team scheduled me right away. They were diligent and communicated efficiently. Highly recommend!
