I WILL NEVER USE THIS SECURITY COMPANY AGAIN. I PAID FOR SERVICES IN FULL FOR ONE YEAR. I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE WITH TROUBLESHOOTING MY DOOR BELL. JM WILL CHARGE 75.00 FOR 15 MINUTES AND 30.00 FOR OVER THE PHONE ASSISTANCE. IF A TECHNICIAN COMES TO YOUR HOME THEY CHARGE 175.00 FOR 15.00 AND 30.00 ADDITIONAL MINUTES. I TOLD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT ONCE MY CONTRACT EXPIRES IN JANUARY I WILL NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH JM. LAST MONTH WHEN I NEEDED ASSISTANCE I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND GOT NO REPLY. 20 years ago, JM was the installer of our home security system. We decided to update our system with a new controller and a smoke alarm component. The team at JM was professional and knowledgeable at every interaction. Today, the JM technician installed the updated system and he was excellent. Thank You JM Resource team!
