Unresponsive customer service. If you ever do use this company, make sure you don't sign an automatically renewing contract with them.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS SECURITY COMPANY AGAIN. I PAID FOR SERVICES IN FULL FOR ONE YEAR. I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE WITH TROUBLESHOOTING MY DOOR BELL. JM WILL CHARGE 75.00 FOR 15 MINUTES AND 30.00 FOR OVER THE PHONE ASSISTANCE. IF A TECHNICIAN COMES TO YOUR HOME THEY CHARGE 175.00 FOR 15.00 AND 30.00 ADDITIONAL MINUTES. I TOLD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT ONCE MY CONTRACT EXPIRES IN JANUARY I WILL NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH JM. LAST MONTH WHEN I NEEDED ASSISTANCE I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND GOT NO REPLY.
