For all customers as well as northbank people. Beware of these guys. We had setup an alarm system with them - they have you sign a contract for 5 years - something we weren't aware of and it costs to cancel with them. Priced higher than ADT and other competitors and the alarm system doesn't even work. And when we've called to have someone come fix it - they charge for that visit. I'd recommend ADT which quoted us $45/month or installing your own system to save money.
Great company, they were very responsive. I called in for service and their team scheduled me right away. They were diligent and communicated efficiently. Highly recommend!

Giving this company one star is one star too many. DO NOT use this company!! Every comment on this review site pointing out JM’s shady business tactics, misleading information and BS renewal contracts is true! The only reason I have remained with them is because two years ago I was informed that it would cost me around $2,000 to be released from the contract.
