Our store alarm has been going off since 2am this morning. After multiple calls to the company and upper management reaching out to Vector it is still ongoing. This alarm is causing multiple issue including the police showing up and loss of customers. If you are a competitor of Vector Security feel free to reach out to the PepBoys Corporate office. Right now would be a fantastic time to score your new corporate account!
During a past military deployment, I was told that I had to continue paying for my security system due to my contract, even though I did not need the service. The only reason I had a contract was because I was forced to upgrade my equipment due to the dropoff of the 3G equipment we had originally had installed. On top of this, I had been a customer for about 10 years and they could not make an exception to cover the 4 months left on my plan. This company lacks customer loyalty and appreciation for military service.
