Great job with knowledgeable technician. Came out on time and actually helped me set up everything even with my caregiver who doesn’t speak English! Very impressed with my purchase and the installation!
Worst customer service. Having issues with door sensor going off in the middle of the night every night. Called 5 days ago request service. She told me how to bypass the sensor and that someone would contact me. Still waiting. What is the point of a security system if it needs to be bypassed. And their sales people trick you into a long term contract. Avoid this company.
