I do not like leaving bad reviews, but sometimes that's the only way to get proper service. My company has been using Vector for several years. I arrived at the company in June of 2024 and have been trying to get their system working properly ever since. There are constant issues and it takes them weeks to come out and resolve nothing, then schedule another visit. Kelly came to our house and installed batteries. He took his time and introduced me to components in our system I knew nothing about. Kelly also turned on the analytics because they were not connected. He fixed my video camera to expose more area. There has not been a better more efficient representative at our home. He was great! I trusted him in our home and appreciate all the knowledge and care he put into his work.
