Kelly the road service technician is the best of the company. After a week of calls/texting with customer service and supervisors, Kelly came to my home and quickly solved every issue. The week long struggle to get answers had me frustrated. Thank you Kelly for restoring my faith in Vector. The phone/text support all gave different answers and no resolution.
