We had several big issues with our system. Kelly was awesome. We have had bad experiences in the past with service techs. He is the only person who really took the time to fix everything for us.
The best customer service in the Security industry. They go above and beyond to take care of clients.
Promise the best customer service when looking to get you as a client. We have had a security camera out for almost 3 months and they never called to make an appointment just sent a tech out when no one was at office, tech then says we refused to let him in even though no one was here. Then their secretary calls and gives us attitude about us not letting the tech in even though no one was here or notified he was coming.
