Excellent communication from Tech. Easy and clean set up.
DO NOT USE VECTOR SECURITY!!! When you call the Boardman number, the phone is answered by someone at corporate. The only time you will hear from them is when they make a sales call. Their customer service is continually getting worse. Smoke detector started beeping this morning at 6:00 a.m. I called them at 9:00 a.m. to have them disable it and schedule a service call. The guy I spoke with said the scheduling Department would call me back within an hour and he would transfer me to technical support to get the smoke detector ... read more
We have had Vector Security for over 40 years. The security system installed 18 years ago (when our new home was built) had become obsolete. Portions could no longer be repaired or replaced. Installer Mark Morris came to update our system with touchpads and new carbon monoxide & smoke detectors. We also added outdoor cameras. Once everything was installed, he patiently walked me through how to use the Vector Security app. The most impressive thing Mark Morris did?
