DO NOT USE VECTOR SECURITY!!! When you call the Boardman number, the phone is answered by someone at corporate. The only time you will hear from them is when they make a sales call. Their customer service is continually getting worse. Smoke detector started beeping this morning at 6:00 a.m. I called them at 9:00 a.m. to have them disable it and schedule a service call. The guy I spoke with said the scheduling Department would call me back within an hour and he would transfer me to technical support to get the smoke detector ... read more
They do an amazing job!
The service fellow was on time and worked quickly and efficiently.
Wanted 1 camera installed and they declined.
We had several big issues with our system. Kelly was awesome. We have had bad experiences in the past with service techs. He is the only person who really took the time to fix everything for us.
