We just had the system installed so not sure how it will work for us . The salesman and the installer were both friendly and knowledgeable . The installer had to work around our pet situation which I really appreciate . They also understood our specific needs and took the time to show us how to use the system with these needs in mind . So far I am very impressed . We had ADT before and were not pleased with anything about that company .
I have been a customer for about 8 years and have had a very good experience with Vector Security, from sales (good) to installation (outstanding) to service (exceptional). Excellent security company. Our technical Steve was so knowledgeable, professional & provided excellent service. Very pleased we decided to go with Vector.
Read your contracts! Don’t just listen to your advisor or whoever it’s connecting the security. I have to pay for 2 years of service when I am not even using it anymore or at the location .
