Dealing with insurance and the process of replacing a roof can be a nightmare. Thanks to Tyler and Vector Roofing my experience was excellent. EDIT: Vector roofing came out to my home in 2022 like super heroes after the wind storm same day and tarped. However when trying to call my trusted company for a new leak in my bedroom, it was a whole new experience. No set times, " our field tech will call you" blah blah. Got ghosted on Monday and Tuesday with an active leak in my bedroom. Finally Wednesday morning the field tech texts me and says he knew he was supposed to call me yesterday but forgot ? Huh?
