Both representatives of the company did a good job of communicating and working with our insurance. The only issue was the roofers left nails all over the yard and didn't clean up well.
Tanner did an amazing job from start to finish. He inspected our rental home within a few days of contacting him and worked well with our insurance company. If I didn’t understand anything, he was quick to help explain the process until I actually understood. It made this daunting task so so much easier working with Tanner and I’d do it again with him if I needed to! Completely honest and trustworthy. Thank you, Tanner!
Charles and his team did an exceptional job identifying and repairing my roof leak. Communication was a breeze throughout the process. They promptly identified the issue, provided options for new products that were high quality, and began work on schedule. Work finished on schedule as well with excellent follow up afterwards. They made a stressful experience much less stressful. 10/10 recommend them for any exterior work!
