I’m usually a very shy person and would never think I would do a sales job, but I tried it out just to step out of my comfort zone and I think this is the best place to do so. The environment is so fun and supportive all thanks to the manager who treats you like a friend rather than an employee; he’s an understanding and motivating person and I think those are the best two traits for your boss to have if you’re trying to gain confidence.
