When you sign with them they explain that you have a 3 year contract, they don't tell you that is auto renewal, my bad for not reading the entire contract and all the fine print but learn from my mistakes. They know right away exactly where the statement is and if you want to cancel early you have to pay out for the entire year, it should be a month to month and that is what is implied when you sign up. They are also next to impossible to get a hold of, all around disgusted with their customer service.
DO NOT USE VECOTOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE TRASH
Bad Company, after 3 yr contract they auto renew without telling you , Not even a letter to let you know it will be renewed. When we received this service we were told after 3 yr contract it would be month to month.. Such Liars anything to get busy and then not take care of their customers
Charged us for almost two years of their "service" on my credit card after I had called and cancelled it. Never heard anything from them until I tried to get our money back! Over $1000 paid to Vector with no known benefit to us. Vector never even bothered to call to say there was no signal at our home! What a horrible company! Spent over 2 hours on the phone and finally spoke to a supervisor. Thought the situation had been resolved. Nope! Still unresolved!
Outdated systems, crooked contracts and people. They told my husband and I different cancellation dates and now want us to pay 11 months in service fees to cancel our service contract after 6 years. Apparently they renew your contract after it goes out without telling you. Awful practice.
I have had this service for several years. They are always responsive when I have an alarm, have contacted the police for me, and fixed my system when broken. Thank you!
Beware! know your contract! Automatic renewal is on you. Cancel auto renewal immediately! it will cost you big $$$ later. I will never go back to this company! Soo sad, I did like the company and their service until this BS! I do not understand why these companies do this. Once you tick off you customers on stupid stuff like this, we will never come back!
Very poor customer service. Been a customer for 6 1/2 years...had a communication error between our panel and monitoring, service tech came out 2 times over a 7 week period and tried to sell us an upgrade and then came out with wrong part and failed to contact us about new part or when it would be fixed. Looking for better service elsewhere.
Wow unbelievable poor treatment, Customer for 11 plus years. Sold home ready to move and they want $331.00 plus for another year of contract because they changed me to cellular monitoring 2 years ago. I was ready to recommend them to new home owners but, this really makes me have 2nd thoughts.
