I would never purchase a Vecino Home again and strongly warn others to reconsider. Our mistake was not backing out when our home had so many glaring issues before closing. We had many more quality issues pop up after closing that were ignored, poorly repaired and or never fixed. The warranty is worthless. Their front office was extremely difficult to work with when trying to schedule repairs. Their trades never showed up at scheduled times. TL;DR: Proceed with extreme caution when considering Vecino Homes as your home builder. I would not recommend Vecino Homes to anyone who expects a professionally finished home on closing day. While they technically built a house, their failure to deliver it in move-in-ready condition caused significant stress and inconvenience. Despite two pre-closing inspections where issues were documented, Vecino Homes did not address critical defects before closing.
