Staff at the front desk have been very friendly. Dr Vecchione and his staff of doctors and Judith are so nice and helpful.
Terrible he forgot I was in the room for an hour and attended other patients Changed to Judith that was worse my sugar was 280 I asked about ozempic she refused saying I need to get a physical before she can prescribe ozempic was told to double up on my mediforum. Went to endocrinologist 3 days later was given ozempic was told a physical has absolutely nothing to do with diabetes.
The doctors are wonderful but the staff is absolutely horrendous. After some really awful treatment I will never return. The doctors should really consider who they hire and retain because they will keep losing patients as long as they have office staff that continues to behave rude and unethically towards patients.
