Our experience with Veazie Vet has been nothing short of outstanding! For starters, the building is clean and the receptionists are very friendly. The Techs recognize my dog and play with him whenever we come in. Dr. Keene is our primary veterinarian and she is a rockstar! She answers any questions you may have, has great knowledge, and is easy to work with. My fiancée and I highly recommend Dr. Keene and Veazie Veterinary Clinic!
Such a beautiful, clean and welcoming place! Dr. Keene was incredibly thorough in analyzing my elderly pug, and explained my options and answered my questions clearly and with obvious depth of knowledge. Morgan and Sarah were lovely and similarly informative. Even though my dog is an elder statespug, no one acted like I was overreacting or wasting my time. I cannot begin to thank Veazie Vet enough for taking in my cat after being turned away from my primary vet and many other vet offices with a bit of an emergency. They sat on the phone with me as I cried and explained to them my situation and they responded with a can do attitude and made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked in the door. The best vet I've ever had. We have 2 elderly dogs with complex cases and I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else. A rare blend of compassion and expertise.
Called in to set up appointment so my dog could be in a kennel. Was quoted 120 for all shots that i needed. Went in to get shots and ended up paying an extra 60 dollars and not getting the shots that were needed. When I called back to ask why they didn't give me the right shots that I needed, they said that it wasn't part of the shots and they would gladly give my dog the shot but they would still have to charge me. These people showed every ounce of compassion and helped us understand every step needed to get our cat feeling better. Not only did they put my anxiety at ease but they put my budget in mind as well. Both prescriptions and the shot were given to us free of charge. They have helped us plan for the future for vaccines, flea treatments and neutering.
