Unethical and wants to up sell UNNECESSARY procedures. Made me pay $300 for x rays and $370 for consultation then tells me he can't do an implant but wants me to spend $5300 for unnecessary gum grafts. AVOID!!!!!!
Incredibly thorough and thoughtful with every small detail. You definitely feel you are in the most capable of hands.
Staff is very nice however, Dr. Cullen is unable to help patients with anxiety or autism.
Mental illness folks beware. I went in today for a routine checkup prior to a procedure I've been nervous about for years. Giving direct short answers doesn't work for Dr. Cullen. Don't go there unless you are happy, cheery and feel like telling your whole life story. You'll also probably be waiting a while listening to him chatter with the previous client.
