Best place in St. Louis – I lived here for a year and a half and I can say without a doubt Veal is the best property management company I've ever had. They are responsive and polite. The apartments at 4519 McPherson really cannot be beat. They are newly remodeled and the low rent was great! I could afford to walk down to the bars and restaurants in Central West End on my budget. Just a fantastic place to live and people to deal with.
customer service is quite lacking – I really wish they would respect their tenants more. I've lived with them a few months now and they still forget my name. I have to call the office 3-4 times when there are mantance issues. The ladies in the office are always rude and rush you out, make you wait on them when they are doing nothing... standing in front of them. The buildings are peaceful and quite, close to great bars, but the ladies in the office make me never want to rent from them again. I'll be excited next summer when ... read more
