I called what I thought was an osteopathy clinic; what I heard, in return, was: "We're a poultry shop." A poultry shop. Obviously, my back pain had crossed somehow into chicken territory. Of course, I hung up, convinced that I misdialed, slipped into an alternate reality. So I called again. This time, I steeled myself for something vaguely professional. And you know what?
