We worked with VDT on our Emerald Coast home for over a year to perform a major gut rehab on our 7,000+ sq ft home. The quality of the work was first-rate, the project was performed in a timely and efficient manner, and the communication with Phillip, Barb, Matt and others was excellent. They have also been extremely flexible and responsive in the months following completion to even minor issues normal to the shake-down of a new house. We would work with VDT again with great enthusiasm.

VDT remodeled our home on Little Redfish Lake. The results were amazing and completely exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms and kitchen were completely transformed with all new tile, finishes, marble tops and cabinets. We added a pool and outdoor living space and even given this added project the work was completed in a reasonable timeframe. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout were exceptional. The process was smooth from start to finish. For your luxury remodel, I highly recommend VDT.

VDT remodeled our home in Destin. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Phillip and the team communicated clearly throughout the process and stayed on schedule. The craftsmanship was everything we had expected it to be! I would not hesitate to recommend VDT to anyone seeking to build or remodel on the Gulf Coast.

The lakefront setting made for a beautiful build and VDT made the whole process easy from start to finish. Phillip and Barb listened to all of our ideas and made visions come to reality. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the home exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a custom home builder in Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, or anywhere along the Florida Emerald Coast, VDT Construction is the t... read more

Five stars from start to finish, VDT handled the build of our vacation home with the utmost care, quality and professionalism. We’ve worked with several contractors over the years and have always had problems, especially towards the end of a project. VDT was ahead of schedule and did not stop until every item on our punch list was complete. They kept us up to date on the project and we never felt the need to check on the work, literally only seeing the build twice before it was complete. We trusted their work, and they went... read more
