Don’t rent with them. I lived there for roughly four years. I was a great tenant, had little to no problems, and it was fine until I moved out. I cleaned the apartment spotlessly and even had to pay $200 to get the carpets professionally cleaned. I cannot get the landlord to respond to any email about the possibility of my security deposit refund. Extremely unprofessional. The townhouse we rent through VDM is just what we need and the price is great. We have never had issues & if we do, it is taken care of in a timely period. Kim, the property manager, has always been so kind and helpful to us!
I have been renting a VDM property since 2019 and I can’t recommend enough! They are always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions that arise.
I have been there for over a year now, and they are very easy to work with and accommodating of anything I need. They are very helpful and get things done, couldn’t ask for a better experience and people, i would highly recommended them.
