I like the service just fine I even learned a few things my short time with them (even if one of their nurses did seem to have a chip on their shoulder). Be warned they use a 3rd party to process you prescriptions, a very difficult to work with 3rd party who in my case chose to authorize a different cheaper drug from the one the VDEX nurse prescribed me and one my insurance co told me was on their pre authorized list (meaning the prescription did not require any pre authorization to be filled).
