I am sad to even have to give one star Won’t name the doctor as it may not be on her But do not trust them when you have your tonsils removed to keep you ok with pain medication It’s been a rodeo and it’s sucking and I wish I never did it
This would be a five star review for Dr. Vahidi, instead it's a two star review due to it being difficult to get connected to this office via phone, it seems that the phone isn't picked up often. There have been a few times that I've tried to call and the phone tree led me to a line that rings with no answer or the automated system has answered telling me to "remain on the line", then I've waited on the phone for up to 15 minutes before giving up. I am very disappointed in VCU. I have been trying to contact them about my appointment. I have a scheduled surgery in the beginning of May and I have been calling for over a month and everybody that answers is super rude and can’t give me an answer and redirects me to someone else that doesn’t answer the phone or doesn’t know and I think it is ridiculous that I can’t even get a simple answer to my surgery time and date or where to go and I’m supposed to trust these people doing surgery on me.
