I get my labs done here. She usually gets it the first try,which is a feat considering a lot of people have tried several times with no luck. I love VCU doctors.
I went here ONE time for an eye exam for my daughter. I started by asking do they take medicaid, i was told yes, whole reason i even went here. For some reasons the system couldn't process her medicaid and I was told by the receptionist "We'll figure it out." One month later a bill comes in the amount of $643.00 which by comparison eye exams at Target are $70. I called, gave them all the information I gave the receptionist and was told "We'll look into it." Two months later I get another bill so I call up and ask what's goin... read more
My son has been coming here for 6 years. Due to him having COVID, I was told we had to wait three weeks after testing positive before we were able to come back to the center. Once we were cleared to return, I received a letter in the mail saying his slot was given away due to those missed sessions. 6 years and they give his slot away after they told me not to come because of COVID. Treating clients like nothing. It's disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional.
