Horrible. Impossible to get in. Been trying to see my PCP for a year. If I'm lucky enough to get an appointment, they cancel the morning of. Disgrace.
It must of been first day back at school for all local counties and the girl at the front desk on the kids side was all over the place. Everyone who walked in needed something for school to be able to start that day. She seemed to be working alone but was under control from what I saw. She was defiantly overwhelmed because the lady beside her on the other registration window acted as if she didn’t know the answers to any questions asked to her. If I could give this place a ZERO I would I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment at 11:15am By NOON not one person said we are running late or checked on me but they had time to check on a street vendors products and go back and forth repeatedly with that important individual But not once did they even look my way or say we didn’t forget about you No this 100% disabled VETERAN who lives in extreme pain every day waited patiently even though I hadn’t medicated today because I had to drive a half hour to this appointment... read more
