Everyone in the mammogram center was fantastic. I am irritated with VCU because my GPS was taking me in circles trying to find the building (my GPS fault), and when I attempted to call the number, I couldn't speak to a representative without answering eight questions. When I finally got someone, it was not at the center but for all VCU scheduling. I called the number on Google, then signed into my chart. There is no number listed to call directly. Quintrese was very pleasant and nice when I went to the Breast center at Stony point! She helped me check in and made me comfortable. I was first at the heart center on the second floor at stony point and several of the staff at the desk didn’t even ask did I need help, so busy talking abundantly looked at me like I should know where I’m going. Thank goodness the breast health staff were 100% better thank God.
