The front desk folks are rude and disrespectful. Always missing and creating confusions about the appointments.
Been here for about a year and a half. Every time I need a prescription filled, it’s expired/nonexistent. These are the same prescriptions that I’ve had for over ten years and need to survive. This means that about twice a month I’m spending all day on the phone or on my chart trying to get someone to fix it. Will be switching doctors asap.
I scheduled an appointment for a new patient in December, for JUNE. 6 months out. I got a letter in the mail today stating my appointment was canceled and to call to reschedule. So I get to wait another 6 months? Nevermind that I could’ve been called and we could’ve rescheduled over the phone. Incredibly inconsiderate and frustrating. I could have found another doctor in the time I waited had I been informed I wouldn’t be able to keep my appointment.
